Privacy Policy
1. What LaunchReady is
LaunchReady is a tool for Android developers. It helps them find other developers who will install and genuinely use their app so that they can satisfy Google Play’s requirement of 12 testers for 14 continuous days on a closed testing track. Developers list their app, other developers install and use it, and both sides earn in-app credits.
The app is for developers. It is not a consumer social network, and it is not directed at children.
2. Who the data controller is

3. What data we collect
3.1 Data you give us by signing in
LaunchReady offers sign-in with Google, handled through Supabase Auth using an OAuth PKCE flow. When you sign in, Google returns basic profile information and we store:

You can use parts of the app as a guest without signing in. In guest mode no Google account data is collected; the app uses a locally generated placeholder identity that never leaves your device.
3.2 Data about your apps that you enter yourself
When you list an app, or join a cohort, you provide and we store the app name, Android package name, Google Play closed-testing or store URL, an optional icon (URL or a single gallery image you pick), and listing settings. Anything you attach to a listing or cohort entry is visible to other users of the app. Do not put personal or confidential information in an app name, description, or icon.
3.3 Data generated by your use of the app
- Credits balance and credit ledger (amount, resulting balance, action type, description, timestamp).
- Trust score and trust score history.
- Test sessions: which listing you tested, how many seconds you ran the app, any private feedback you chose to submit, and credits earned.
- Cohort membership and progress, including daily launches, strike count, missed dates, and removal status.
- Cohort tasks you create or complete.
- Whether you have an active Pro subscription and when it expires.
- Last-active and account-creation timestamps.
- On-device only: theme preference, saved apps, tested listing and package names, today’s launches, and any in-progress test session.
3.4 Data we do not collect
LaunchReady does not collect your precise or approximate location, contacts, calendar, SMS or call logs, microphone or camera input, health data, financial account details, or your list of installed apps. We do not operate our own analytics or crash-reporting SDK.
3.5 Data collected by Google for ads
The app shows Google AdMob banner ads, occasional interstitial ads between test transitions, and user-initiated rewarded ads. Google’s advertising SDK may collect and use an advertising identifier and related device and usage information. That processing is Google’s, not ours; see section 5.
4. Legal basis for processing
If you are in the EEA or the UK, we rely on: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) for the account, credits, listings, cohorts, tests, and subscription; legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) for trust score, strikes, and duplicate-claim records; consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for personalised advertising and a photo you pick as an icon; and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) for retaining purchase records where tax or consumer-protection law requires it.
5. Third parties and SDKs
5.1 Supabase
Supabase provides the PostgreSQL database and authentication. All server-side data in section 3 is stored in a Supabase project. Privacy: supabase.com/privacy.
5.2 Google AdMob
The app integrates the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Google acts as an independent controller for advertising data. See Google ads technologies and Google’s privacy policy.
5.3 Google Sign-In
Signing in uses Google as the identity provider via Supabase Auth. Google tells us your email, name, and profile picture URL.
5.4 Google Play Billing
The Pro subscription is sold through Google Play Billing. We never see your card number, bank details, or billing address. We only record whether the subscription is active and when it expires.
5.5 Other developers using the app
Other users can see the app listings you publish and, if you are in a cohort, your display name, avatar, and the app you entered with. Other signed-in users cannot read your email address, credit balance, trust score, or subscription status. We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with data brokers.
6. Advertising identifiers and personalised ads
Banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded ads are served by Google AdMob. On Android: Settings → Google → Ads. You can reset your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalisation. In the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, Google requires a consent prompt for personalised ads. If you do not consent, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalised.
7. Data retention
- Account and profile data is kept while your account exists.
- Credit ledger, trust history, test sessions, and cohort records are kept while your account exists as the audit trail for your balance and standing.
- Listings expire after the duration you chose and are marked inactive; the row remains until account deletion.
- On-device data stays until you delete it in the app, sign out where the app clears it, clear app storage, or uninstall.
- After an account deletion request we delete or irreversibly anonymise personal data within 30 days, except purchase records we must keep for law or tax.
8. International transfers
Our Supabase project and Google’s advertising infrastructure may store and process data outside your country, including in the United States. Transfers out of the EEA or UK rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful mechanism offered by the provider.
9. Children
LaunchReady is a tool for professional and hobbyist Android developers. It is not directed at children. It is not intended for anyone under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). Account features require a Google account. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email rosh4yt@gmail.com and we will delete it.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and a complaint to your data protection authority. Email rosh4yt@gmail.com from the address on your account. We will respond within 30 days.
11. How to delete your account and data
In the app. Open your profile, use the account deletion option, and confirm.
On the web. Use launchready.hummout.com/delete or email rosh4yt@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion” from the email address on your account.
What is deleted: profile, credits and ledger, trust score and history, test sessions and private feedback, cohort records, listings, and on-device LaunchReady data when you delete from the app.
What may be retained: Play purchase records required by tax or accounting law, and records required for a fraud investigation, for no longer than the law requires.
Credits are forfeited on deletion. To cancel Pro, use Google Play → Subscriptions. Deleting LaunchReady does not cancel a Play subscription.
12. Security
Access to server-side data is controlled by PostgreSQL row-level security. Your credit ledger and trust score history are readable only by you. Data in transit is protected by HTTPS. Purchases are handled inside Google Play Billing. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email rosh4yt@gmail.com before disclosing it publicly.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date and publish the new version at this URL. If the change materially affects how we use your data, we will also notify you in the app.

This policy is governed by the law of India. Courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction where legally competent. This does not prevent a consumer from approaching a forum available under mandatory local law.
