Delete your account and data
You can delete your LaunchReady account even if you have already uninstalled the app. Deletion is permanent. Credits are forfeited and have no cash value.
In the app. Open Profile, then use Delete my account and data and confirm. That removes your server records and clears LaunchReady data on the device.
On the web. Email us from the Google account address on your LaunchReady profile.
Email account deletion request
Use the subject line Account deletion. We will delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile (email, display name, profile picture URL)
- Credit balance and the full credit ledger
- Trust score and its history
- Test sessions and any private feedback you submitted
- Cohort membership and daily launch records
- Your app listings
- LaunchReady data stored locally on your device (when you delete from inside the app)
What may be retained
Records of purchases made through Google Play, where tax or accounting law requires us to keep them, and any records we are legally required to preserve for a fraud investigation. These are kept no longer than the law requires and are not used for any other purpose.
Subscriptions
Deleting LaunchReady does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel Pro at Google Play → Subscriptions.
